After a career ending injury while representing the Australian National Soccer Team became an unexpected doorway into Ashley’s greatest discovery, the profound healing and transformational capacity of yoga and meditation. What began as a tool for physical recovery soon evolved into a lifelong journey of inner exploration, spiritual inquiry, and self realisation.
